NextTribe: Need A Tiger In Your Tank? 🐅

Next Cawfee Tawk is Southbound!

Hi NextTriber,

Happy Monday, Austin, NextTribers!

This will be my last Monday email, because we’re going to roll our Austin emails into our Members email on Tuesdays.

I’ll continue to run the Austin group, but as I’ve mentioned to many of you, as I move into my new role as Manager, Local Communities for NextTribe, we’re asking local members to host some of our local events. Know of a FABULOUS wine bar for Happy Hour? Let’s do it! Or a a cool new art gallery, or an artist opening? Let’s go! I can help you create assets for the event, and even post it on our private FB page.

Local gal Jennifer Miller is running Tribe Social, so we’ll try to get more members involved in that way, especially if you don’t “do” Facebook.

And very soon, we’ll launch our BRAND spankin’ new membership dashboard via the NextTribe website, where you’ll be able to check on your membership status, your payment options, and see the list of all the NextTribe trips you’ve gone on.

Onward and Upward!

Marcellina Kampa
Manager, Local Communities

LAST WEEK IN AUSTIN

Our Cawfee Tawks are growing so much, we’re going to need to find bigger cafes! We had around 20 friends show up for our May 16 Cawfee Tawk at Saveurs La Boulangerie. Fabulous food, and a welcoming owner!

Yesterday’s Sunday Salon was also a huge hit! We were delighted to have Melinda Garvey, Founder of Austin Woman Magazine. We met at our usual spot, Salt Traders near Zilker. Thanks, always to Nancy Goedeke for hosting and running this important series.

EASY, TIGER! LET’S GET COFFEE FIRST

Our final Cawfee Tawk in May will be at Easy Tiger, the location on South Lamar near 360. Facebook event here:

COME VISIT ME IN SMITHVILLE!

Many of you know about the Smithville Yarn Bombers, a fun little side project with my small town friends and neighbors. These women are creative and fun and like to surprise townfolk with YARN BOMBS! More info on the website, and on our socials. Join us June 1-2! Facebook event here:
