Plus, announcing two new trips for 2025 ?

Mars here! This past week I’ve been living my best NextTribe life! I got to travel with bestie Becky Nolan to a city she knows well: Chicago! We took planes, trains and Ubers and certainly got our steps in as we walked through the cool breezes of the Windy City.
I got the chance to hang out with Founder Jeannie Ralston, who was in town partly to scout out a NextTribe Long Weekend trip in 2025, as well as meet local women at a casual Sunday Salon.

Jeannie R. organized an informal Sunday Salon and brunch. It was lovely to meet all the local Chicagoans, a few whom I had met previously on NextTribe trips. It’s great to help build a new local community! Thank you so much to Elise Shapiro for hosting in her stunning Gold Coast apartment.
Other recent local gatherings:
Asheville

The talk was about travel and all the ways we’re keeping our lives exciting!
Seattle
Along with Chicago, Jeannie Ralston was in Seattle—also scouting locations there for an upcoming trip and to meet the local members. “We had drinks and appetizers in a rooftop bar that overlooked the harbor,” she says. “But better than the view were the fascinating women I met—curious, engaged and smart women who are lucky to live in this beautiful city. Can’t wait to see them again on a trip or when NextTribe returns to Seattle next summer.”

Upcoming local gatherings:

I’ll be back in two weeks with more NextTribe local community fun!

We can’t describe this trip any better than traveler Alicia Post, who joined our Cuba adventure last February:
“Having never experienced a Nexttribe trip before, I had little idea of what to expect. What I got was an easy intro into a new land, along with an interesting group of unique, curious, fun women to experience Cuba with, and who wish to make a difference. Our travels were brimming with art tours, live music, dance, excellent food and beverages, camaraderie, humor, and sharing of life experiences. Highly recommend.”
