New stories for your adventurous spirit

Hey hey, everybody!

Jeannie Ralston is off to Peru today with two new travelers from Asheville. She can’t wait to get to a place with running water and flush toilets.

Jeannie Edmunds has moved into her new place in Austin and has all she needs: a bed, a desk, and good Internet.

We’re both counting our blessings. We’re still healthy, endlessly curious, and have seemingly endless stamina and patience at our ages! The best part: we get to meet new women on every trip, while re-connecting with our frequent travelers.

Meanwhile, we’re still publishing new articles every week and keeping our library of stories open for you to browse at your leisure.

Enjoy the read!

And from our archives, a story that hits different today. We hold all of the brave first responders and their families in our hearts today.

Happy trails!

P.S. Save the date: Free Zoom info session about our Troncones beach trip. Tuesday, October 15: 6:30PM ET/5:30PM CT/4:30PM MT/3:30PM PT

How about a playdate with a dozen new friends? This was our first beach trip and we go back to the same resort every year because so far, it’s the best resort experience we’ve found in Mexico! Plus hammocks under shade trees, delicious healthy meals, and a massage of your choice come with the package! Optional add-ins include a cacao ceremony, sweat lodge, and kayaking through a bird sanctuary.

Last year, some of our women chartered their own boat, snorkeled and saw whales!

And someone say gelato? Cheese? Balsamic? Art?

Trip leader Shannon Faseler is so warm, fun, and knowledgeable. Our travelers love her!
