NextTribe: Cuba 2025 Plus NextTribe Merch!

Let Your BOLD Flag Fly!

The day founder Jeannie Ralston got off the plane to Cuba in February, we started planning our 2025 return. She knew that as soon as our travelers got back home and began talking about the visit, others would be chomping at the bit to experience this amazing country for themselves.

Dancing queens in Havana.

Here’s just a sample of what the group has said about Cuba:

“Visiting Cuba was a long-time dream realized in the most perfect way. I'll never forget my time there, our marvelous guide, and all of the beautiful experiences provided for us.”

—Laura Ross (Lifetime Member), New York

“Cuba felt like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I loved the itinerary and all the creative people and places we were exposed to.”

—Wendy Levine, California

“Cuba is a soulful and beautiful country filled with art, music, and inspiringly open-hearted people. I think my wonderful NextTribe friends will corroborate that we were changed by this visit, even while we were having the time of our lives.”

—Peggy Miller (Lifetime Member), Texas

Heads Up

Getting to Cuba is a bit more complicated than other spots in the world because of the ongoing U.S. embargo. But rest assured, we are going legally under the “Support for the Cuban people” program.

However, because of certain restrictions on Cuban financial arrangements, your deposit and all subsequent payments MUST be made via check. We will provide all the details once you sign up, but just wanted you to understand.

We’ll be releasing this trip to the public on Monday, May 13th. We have 20 spots on this trip (larger than most of our trips, for logistical reasons), but we expect them to go fast. This trip sold out in a week last year. So don’t hesitate.

NextTribe SWAG: Available Now

Guess who…and guess where.

We love it when we see our members out in the wild wearing their NextTribe merch!

Ok, we admit it. Fake news. That’s actually Jeannie Ralston hiking near the villa where we’re having our creativity retreat in Umbria, Italy. All of our travelers are staying in the villa owned by a NextTriber from Texas. There’s a mother on the trip with her 4 daughters and Jeannie says they’re all making new friends.

We launched our new website in January but it seems we hung our shiny objects (our upcoming trips) in the window and y’all seem to be missing all the other cool stuff we’re doing!

For example, you don’t have to wait for our bi-weekly newsletters to read the stories in NextTribe Magazine. We publish articles four times a week.

Watch Us Roll Across the Country

Little by little members across the country are starting to get together to plan things on their own. Shoutout and a big thank you to Teri Doss in Scottsdale. She’s organizing regular get-togethers in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. She works for Progressive Insurance and yes, she’s met Flo!

Teri Doss has traveled with us on our beach retreat and to San Miguel de Allende for Dia de los Muertos.

And Katherine Kallay Adams is gathering women in the Houston area. She’s organizing a road trip to Galveston for members who want to check out a part of Texas she knows well. (A few Austin members are thinking of roadtripping to Galveston to meet our Houston members, info to come.)

Katherine Kallay Adams is a content creator and media specialist, and has traveled with us to Charleston.

In Austin we get together for coffee, happy hours, gallery visits and more!

Please get in touch with me if you know someone in the Scottsdale/Phoenix or Houston areas who’d like to join the fun with Teri or Katherine.

And if you’re interested in starting a group in your area, reach out to me to brainstorm. That’s what I’m here for! [email protected]
