NextTribe Articles: How to make leaving on vacation less stressful

Plus, our advice for making travel more soulful.

Jeannie Ralston and a dozen NextTribers made it to Machu Picchu after a 4-day hike on the Inca Trail. To say it was challenging is an understatement. But Jeannie R. has discovered a way to make the hike to Machu Picchu easier and just as scenic and glorious. (Bonus: No camping involved.) We want to make the transformative experience accessible to more people, so stay tuned. She’ll soon be updating the itinerary for next fall’s Machu Picchu visit.

Would you be interested in joining our easier hike (6.8 miles over one day on the trail, no camping) to Machu Picchu next year?

Jeannie Edmunds is settling into Austin, swimming in Barton Springs most days while temps remain in the 80s and 90s. Barton Springs is a big treat for those coming on our Best Insider Tour of Austin next year.

Both “Jeannies” are headed to San Miguel de Allende early next week to lead our two groups of “Day of the Dead” travelers. Next year’s trip is already sold out! If there’s enough demand, we’ll add another group for next year, so if you’re interested, please click on the trip and “Book Now” to get on the waitlist.

Take a look at this week’s new articles, and one from our library that feels timely.

And from the mid-terms in 2022, this head scratcher!

Happy trails!
