You've probably been curious about Croatia. The Dalmatian Coast. The islands. The Game of Thrones filming locations. Somehow it still sits on the "maybe someday" list.

Here's what you're missing: a country where UNESCO World Heritage sites are still manageable—rather than completely overrun by tourists. Where you can swim in waters so clear you can see ancient stone beneath you. Where a boat takes you to an island where a family has lived for generations, keeping bees, fishing, and raising a sheep named Mary who thinks she's a dog.

Where you raft through canyons carved by rivers over thousands of years. Where you taste cheese so distinctive it exists nowhere else on Earth. Where 1,700 years of history—Greek, Roman, Byzantine, Venetian—is layered into walkable old towns.

Croatia is spectacular, and we've been deliberate about where we take you.

We start in Šibenik—a city most tourists skip, which means you get the bay views without the crowds. We take you to national parks and islands by speedboat and hiking boots, not long bus tours where all you do is look out the window.

We visit local families whose connection to the land runs generations deep. We taste cheese that exists nowhere else. We raft canyons and climb fortresses and soak in the Adriatic.

We travel light, and leisurely. We've built in structure where it matters and freedom where you need it. Most afternoons are yours—wander, swim, nap, or sit somewhere with a view.

Day One: You land in Split on May 22nd and head straight to Šibenik. By that evening, you're at a welcome dinner at one of Šibenik's best restaurants, watching the light change over the Adriatic.

Day two: Krka National Park. Seven cascades drop 800 feet. You stand below them and understand why you came. Then a local winery, a tasting, lunch in a shady courtyard. The afternoon is yours.

Day three: A speedboat takes you to Kornati National Park, an archipelago where the water is so clear and the cliffs so dramatic it feels like you've arrived on another planet. Swim, explore, meet a local family whose ancestors have lived on this island for generations. Their sheep, Mary, is fully convinced she's a dog. Lunch is fish caught that morning, plus homemade honey and olive oil.
