Jeannie Ralston celebrated wildly at a Kentucky Derby party last Saturday. Not only did she pick the winning horse--thus winning $95 in the pot. But also, this was the first time a female trainer has won the Derby. Hoorah! She and Mike also won the Best Dressed title--thanks to their funky hats, which required a trip to Michaels and lots of glue-gun work.
Jeannie Edmunds spent last weekend in Mexico City with her husband Dave and one of her best friends, Andrea. She’s tuning up her excellent Spanish in preparation for our inaugural trip in August to Mexico’s best-kept secret: Oaxaca.
Today she’s in another alluring destination—San Miguel de Allende— scouting out some potential new activities for us during our Day of the Dead trip later this year.
