We hope all of you had a lovely Thanksgiving celebration.
Jeannie Ralston is hoping to find plenty of occasions to wear her Pumpkin Pie T-shirt, which made its first appearance--along with Mike's Gravy t-shirt--at her sister's house on Thanksgiving eve. She wore it under a blouse on Thanksgiving day at Mike's family gathering since the occasion was too dressy for a T-shirt alone. Needless to say, she ate tons of pumpkin pie over the holiday but she thinks you can never have enough of it.
What was your favorite Thanksgiving food?

This week Jeannie Edmunds made a last-minute trip to Richmond, Virginia to be an extra in her brother’s movie. No on-set photos allowed, but she’ll share details about “The Cashier” before it’s in theaters at the end of next year.

This Week’s Reads
Fewer crowds, lower airfares. Traveling in the off-season can sometimes make for the best trips! Here’s one example:
Venice is good when it’s empty. You know what else can be good when it’s empty? Your nest. From the archives:
FEATURED FIND
Jeannie Ralston says, “I texted this bag to Mike as a not-so-subtle hint for what to get me for Christmas. There are so many things about this bag that will give me peace of mind while on the road. It's got a fingerprint unlocking sensor so only YOU can get into it. You can set an alarm so that it sounds off if it strays too far and it comes with GPS so you can track it if--God forbid--someone runs off with it. Or if I've just misplaced it somewhere in the house!” See other gift ideas here.
